General Announcement:

This agreement is made between the customer (the subscriber) and Pioneer Solutions(service provider), and the agreement must be read in full with all its terms, and subscribing to the service means agreeing to it.

  • The service provider does not take any responsibility of misunderstanding of any item of the agreement and you can contact technical support to inquire about any of its terms.

  • Prices for services are not fixed and can be changed, pioneer solutions will inform the customer will be notified 30 days ago via email.

  • In the case that the customer contracts will select the complete package, the pioneer solutions will host the server until the contract expires.

  • The customer can purchase additional hours of technical support as per the terms and conditions.

  • In the case that the customer requests his own domain, he must send a message to the pioneer solutions through one of the communication channels (e-mail - ticket through his account on our website).

  • The customer is responsible for his private data on the website and the pioneer solutions do not have any legal responsibility for the content.

Terms Of Use:

  • The customer should not attempt any illegal access to the service.

  • The customer must take security actions to prevent access to the service by unauthorized persons.

Technical Support:

  • The pioneer solutions will provide technical support to the customer in two ways: remote support and technical support tickets.

  • Remote support is calculated by the hour, according to the subscription.

  • Technical support tickets should not exceed 30 tickets during the year. The answer can be within 3 working days.

Cancellation or Termination of the service:

  • Taking backup of the data for no more than 5 days.

  • The pioneer solutions have the right to amend or terminate the service for any reason without prior notice at any time without obligation to give reasons.

Refund Policy:

  • If the subscription is canceled by the customer within 5 days of starting the service, 80% of the value of the service will be refunded.

  • If the service is canceled by the pioneer solutions, 50% of the value of the remaining period will be returned.

  • The customer has the right to cancel the service and return 100% of the value of the service in case the pioneer solutions provider fails to solve technical errors.

  • In the case that the fees due from the subscription are not paid, the pioneer solution is going to stop the customer’s subscription, and after (5) days the subscription is canceled and the resulting erasure of all the customer’s data.

  • The customer has the right to cancel the service and return 100% of the value of the service, in case the pioneer solutions fail to provide the services mentioned in the service.

  • The refund amount is transferred within a month from the date of the request to cancel the service.
